I first learned about this chapter of Canadian history while wandering in Hintonburg with my friend Nicole. When @gengrahamauthor released her historical fiction entitled The Forgotten Home Child, I couldn't wait to get my hands on. And it was a page turner. 

So when I was creating the line up for @postcardsfromhuroncounty I was delighted to meet @originalsinead, a descendent of a home child here in Huron County and that she was willing to talk about her family's history with me! ⁠
