Sometimes we just need to sit and think.
About where we’re at in life. Determine if we’re where we want to be. If not, what do we need to do to get there.
Or perhaps think about new initiatives or challenges we’d like to undertake. Redefine our goals. Set new ones. With action plans and dates to achieve them. Then writing them down or telling our friends so we hold ourselves accountable.
At least that’s where I’m at right now. And I’m happy to say that since doing so, I’m making changes in my life. Re-evaluating. Putting myself out there. And already checking off things on the list.
Because what fun would life be if we just always coasted along?
