How it all started: Day Four

This was the day I decided I was going to come back to Morocco. At least for awhile.  I saw Morocco as a place where I could spend five months. A place to learn French. Then return to Canada and get a job in the government. The good friends I met while travelling were encouraging me to do it. Perhaps they saw how happy I was here.

As we spent the day shopping in the Fes medina, I decided I wouldn’t buy much. The gorgeous carpets and beautiful tea sets could wait. I would be back.

So while wandering through the medina, I admired the architecture, the artist’s spaces.

And as they worked away, my mind wandered to creating this space in to an event venue. Or the location of a photo shoot. Both activities which I loved organizing through my work as a PR girl in Canada.

However, those who know me well, will understand that I couldn’t resist a new leather bag. Just one!
