Edgy, contemporary and always changing, (the space transforms with each exhibit), the David Bloch Gallery in Gueliz is one of my favourite galleries in Marrakech. I had the chance to visit the current exhibit LA CONFERENCE DES OISEAUX by YAZE just hours after installation for the post I was writing for RiadLiving.

The exhibit is colourful and the mixed-media artworks include Indian silks and Moroccan embroidery, something which I admired greatly while chatting with YAZE about the artistic process.

Owner David explained that he picks artists to exhibit based on personal preference, and well in my opinion, he’s got great taste.  Show after show I am amazed at the colourful street art, young artists shown here.  And this show is no exception and it’s on now until 24 March 2015.
